The features read like a wish list given to a housing company....

- We need 4 good bedrooms, plus we'd love an oversized master bedroom with a large walk in wardrobe and a Mac Daddy ensuite with a two person shower and 2 shower heads!

- It's definitely gotta have a decent double garage plus we need a completely independent and spacious workshop big enough to restore a car

- We want a decent office with a built in work station where a couple of kids can do their homework without getting in each others space

- We definitely need 2 bathrooms, and the main bathroom needs to be separate from the main toilet so the kids can get ready for school without arguing!

- We want quality floor coverings with stylish, modern light fittings

- The colour scheme needs to be tasteful yet warm and neutral so that we can mix and match furniture to change up the feel of the house to suit the seasons, and the curtains need to bring the colour palate together

- We want the outdoor areas to be large, private, well fenced and to get heaps of sun, plus we'd love a 40 square metre deck with shade sail, an all weather entertainment area and a reinforced deck area (with power points) for a spa!

- We're not prepared to compromise on land area or location, the kids need to be able to walk to school, there needs to be a free bus to college, we'd love to be able to walk home from the Sprig and Fern on a Friday night and just stroll to the HQ for coffee on a Saturday morning!

Oh, and by the way, we want all this for only $549,000...
